Rest First, Then the High Roads
You fly into Leh on Day 1 and rest, and Day 2 is a planned acclimatisation day. Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa are on Day 3, Nubra on Day 4 (Hunder dunes, Bactrian camels, Diskit monastery) and Pangong on Day 5, with a drive back to Leh and the airport on Day 6.
Suggested period: May to September. This plan has no Kashmir valley nights.

Ladakh Route Planning
- Day 1: arrive in Leh and rest. Day 2: acclimatise.
- Day 3: Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa at sunset.
- Day 4: Leh to Nubra. Day 5: Nubra to Pangong.
- Day 6: drive back to Leh and transfer to the airport.
Our standing note: acclimatise for two days in Leh; Indian travellers pay the environment or wildlife fee online; foreign travellers need a Protected Area Permit. The Nubra–Pangong route is still being verified. We check current rules for your category when we quote.
