We do not assume any of these in advance. Ask for each one for the hotel proposed on your dates:
- How the rooms are heated
- Dining arrangements and timings
- Backup power
- Access from the hotel to the Gondola base and the road in winter
Winter Transport Arrangements
Your private cab covers the transfers and sightseeing listed in each plan’s inclusions. Our standing note says cabs run with the AC off on steep hill roads and that snow chains are carried in winter. Confirm both for your vehicle and dates in the quotation, along with anything extra that road conditions might need. Road access is never guaranteed.
Activities, Tickets, Lessons and Equipment
- Gulmarg Gondola tickets are not included; each traveller books online in their own ID, and operation depends on conditions and the operator.
- Skiing or snow-play lessons, equipment and rentals are not listed in any plan here. Ask for the ones you want and they are quoted as optional services.
- Entry tickets and lunches are not included.

If weather or access affects your plan, we discuss the options with you, and the terms that apply to your booking are stated in your quotation. This page sets no refund or replacement terms. Before you travel, check current conditions with the official sources, such as the cable car operator and road advisories.
Price and Date Considerations
Rates depend on the season of your dates, the stay category and the vehicle. December to February is the suggested period for these plans; it is a planning range and not live availability. Estimates are indicative, and the final price is confirmed in INR in your quotation.

Questions About Snow, Weather and Changes
Will there be snow on my dates?
We cannot promise snowfall for any date. December to February is a suggested period only, and the photographs are not a forecast.
Are activities included?
The Gondola tickets, lessons, equipment and rentals are not included. The plans list the Gondola and snow days; any lessons or rentals are optional services you ask for.
What transport is arranged in winter?
A private cab for the listed transfers and sightseeing. Whether chains or any special transfer applies on your dates is confirmed in the quotation.
Which stay facilities should I ask about?
Heating, dining hours, backup power and access to the Gondola base. None is assumed.
What happens if my dates change or weather interferes?
We discuss it with you, and the booking terms that apply are in your quotation. We do not state refund terms on this page.
