A pickup is arranged only when you have agreed the quote. We do not ask for your ticket or PNR to take the enquiry. We do not promise instant confirmation or a fixed response time.

Which stations do you cover?
Our records list Srinagar, Katra and Jammu Tawi. If you arrive elsewhere, tell us and we say whether we can arrange it.
What if my train is late?
Delay and waiting terms are written in your quote and depend on the arrangement. We do not assume unlimited waiting.
Do you track my train?
We do not promise automatic tracking. Share the train number if you wish, and keep your phone on so the driver can reach you.
Will I get the vehicle I choose?
We propose a vehicle from our car rental records for your group and bags. We do not guarantee a specific vehicle or driver.
Do you sell train tickets?
No. Please use Indian Railways or IRCTC and check the current timetable, which can change.
Do you need my ticket or PNR?
No. An optional train number is enough for planning.
