Know Whether Your Transport Is Private or Shared
Private. The package record lists a private cab for all transfers and sightseeing, with driver, fuel, tolls and parking. It is not a shared departure and not a scheduled group tour.
- Pickup and drop: Srinagar airport or railway station (Vande Bharat), as listed.
- Main transfers: Srinagar to Pahalgam on Day 3 and back to Srinagar on Day 5.
- Sightseeing transport: the Srinagar gardens and old city on Day 2, by the same cab.
- Driver allowance, waiting time and overtime: not listed as separate items in our records, so your quote states how they are treated.
- Pahalgam valleys: a local union vehicle is used, because tour cabs cannot enter them. It is not part of the package and is paid locally.

Seasonal access can affect the optional Pahalgam excursions: Aru, Betaab and Chandanwari depend on access on the day. We do not promise snow, flowering or unrestricted access.

No. Aru, Betaab and Chandanwari are visited by a local union vehicle, because tour cabs cannot enter those valleys. That vehicle, ponies and entry tickets are paid locally and are not in the package price. Whether Chandanwari can be visited depends on access on the day.
Yes, you can ask. Room category (Standard, Deluxe, Premium or Luxury) and vehicle are chosen from your group and luggage, and a change revises the quote. We cannot promise that a change lowers the price, and we do not recommend putting more people or bags in a vehicle or room than it suits.
Both are four nights and five days. Kashmir Classic has Srinagar 2, Gulmarg 1 and Pahalgam 1; this plan has Srinagar 2 and Pahalgam 2, with no Gulmarg overnight and so no Gulmarg Gondola in the itinerary.
