What are your contact hours?
We take calls and WhatsApp messages between 9 am and 9 pm IST (UTC+5:30). A message sent outside those hours waits until the next day’s contact hours. We cannot promise a particular reply time.
What happens to my message?
Messages sent through the form are saved with a reference number that starts KTP-ENQ. We reply by the contact method you choose. Phone and WhatsApp messages are handled during contact hours.
Can I change my trip after I have enquired?
Tell us as early as you can and include your reference if you have it. What can change depends on what has already been confirmed. The written quote and our booking terms state how changes and cancellations are handled.
Where do I find my enquiry reference?
It is shown on the confirmation after you send a form on this site, and it is added to the WhatsApp message that confirmation offers. If you cannot find it, tell us the name and the phone number or dates you used.
