What Can Change the Quotation?
- Travel dates: the season of your dates sets the rate.
- Stay category and room occupancy: Standard to Luxury, and how many people share a room.
- Number of nights and hotel changes.
- Vehicle: its size, and whether you need extra seats or luggage space.
- Extras: guides, videographers, an extra vehicle day.
Stay Category and Room Occupancy
The estimates assume two adults sharing a twin room. A single traveller, three people in one room or children change the room arrangement and the price. Choosing a lower stay category lowers the estimate; hotel names and room details are shared in the quotation.
Trip Duration and Accommodation Changes
More nights add accommodation, and each extra place adds a drive and a check-in. A shorter plan is not automatically the cheaper way to see a place: compare plans on the same dates, rooms and vehicle.
Vehicle and Group Requirements
A vehicle that seats your group without spare seats is usually the simplest choice. Tell us your numbers and luggage and we will propose a vehicle; larger vehicles cost more per day, and the Pahalgam valleys use a separate local union vehicle paid locally.
Included Versus Optional Costs
Rates are indicative. We show no discounts or percentage savings, and your quotation states the final price in INR.
- Included on these plans: rooms on twin sharing, breakfast and dinner, a private cab for transfers and sightseeing, airport or station pickup and drop, as listed on each plan.
- Not included: flights and train tickets, Gulmarg Gondola tickets, the Pahalgam local union vehicle, ponies, entry tickets, lunches and personal expenses.
- Optional and quoted separately: a local guide, videographer, extra vehicle day, sunset shikara and similar add-ons.

Questions About Budget Trips
What does a starting price include?
The estimate on a card covers rooms on twin sharing, breakfast and dinner, a private cab for transfers and sightseeing, and airport or station pickup, for the stay category and season shown. It excludes the items listed as not included.
How do dates affect a quotation?
The season of your travel dates sets the hotel and vehicle rates. Choose a month on a plan page to see the estimate for that season.
What are the room-sharing assumptions?
Two adults sharing one twin room. Single travellers, extra beds and children change the arrangement and the price.
Which activities cost extra?
The Gondola, ponies, entry tickets and the Pahalgam local union vehicle are not included. Guides and videographers are optional add-ons.
Can the plan be customized around my budget?
Yes. You can change the stay category, the number of nights or the vehicle, and each change revises the quotation.
