Railway station pickup
A vehicle to meet you at a supported railway station and take you to your destination.

A local guide for sightseeing, arranged by half day or full day, with the scope agreed beforehand.

A shikara ride in Srinagar, with the lake, time and duration agreed in advance.

Questions About Services
Can I book a service on its own?
You can ask for one on its own. We check whether we can arrange it for your dates and place, and the quote states the scope. Some services depend on a trip you are already taking.
Can I add services to a package?
Yes. Mention the service when you request a package quote. It is included only if the quote lists it.
Is availability confirmed when I send a request?
No. A request is not a booking. We check availability for your date and tell you in the quote, and a service is arranged only after you confirm it.
How is a service priced?
The price basis depends on the service, such as per vehicle, per group, per shoot or per boat. Where we show a figure it is indicative until our rates are approved, and your quote confirms the price and taxes. Otherwise you will see Request a Quote.
What happens if weather changes the plan?
Weather can affect lake, road and outdoor services. We discuss options with you, and the terms for changes and cancellation are written in your quote. We do not state general refund terms.
Will I know who the guide, driver or provider is?
The quote says what has been assigned and what is still to be confirmed. Details are shared once a provider or driver is assigned, not before.
