June is summer at its fullest: warm days in Srinagar, cool evenings in the mountains, and every road open, including the drive to Ladakh. It's peak family season with school holidays in full swing. Late in the month, preparations for the Amarnath Yatra start around Pahalgam and Baltal. Book everything early.
A day-by-day outline for June. It follows KTP-006 Kashmir + Ladakh, which suits the season; your planner adjusts it to your dates.
