Kongdoori is the bowl at the top of Gondola Phase 1, above Gulmarg's pine forest. In winter it's the main snow-play area with sledges; in summer it's an open meadow with views back over Gulmarg. Most families stop here and skip Phase 2. Altitude figures quoted vary, so we treat them as approximate.
