Two Nights Afloat, One in Srinagar
You arrive and go by shikara to a houseboat on Dal or Nigeen for two nights, with dinner on board. Day 2 is a houseboat day with a sunset shikara ride, dinner on board and the lake at dawn. Day 3 covers the Mughal gardens and old city, with the last night in Srinagar.
The plan stays in Srinagar throughout: there is no Gulmarg or Pahalgam leg.
