Rooms and Occupancy

Private Trip, Not a Shared Tour
These plans are for your own group on a private itinerary and vehicle. We do not run fixed-date shared group departures on these pages.
How Group Costs Work
The price estimate is per person on twin sharing. A larger vehicle changes the vehicle cost shared across the group, while rooms scale with the party. We do not show a group discount. The quotation states the per-person price and the total for your group in INR, with rates indicative.
- Not included: flights and train tickets, Gondola tickets, the Pahalgam local union vehicle, ponies, entry tickets and lunches.

Questions About Group Trips
Is this a shared group tour?
No. These are private itineraries for your own party, with your own vehicle.
Which vehicle is used for a group?
It depends on your numbers and luggage. Seating runs from four-passenger cars to a 27-seat mini bus, and the quotation names the proposed vehicle.
How are rooms arranged?
You tell us who shares. Twin sharing is assumed for the estimate, and the quotation shows the rooms proposed.
Can one person coordinate for everyone?
Yes. One contact can make the enquiry and receive the quotation for the party.
Can the route be changed for the group?
Yes. Nights, stops and stay category can change, and each change revises the quotation.
