Temple · Srinagar
The small marble temple stands in a tank fed by the spring, shaded by chinars.
Kheer Bhawani, at Tulmulla near Ganderbal, is a revered temple of Goddess Ragnya Devi built around a sacred spring whose water is said to change colour. It's especially important to Kashmiri Pandits, with a major annual mela on Jyeshtha Ashtami (May–June). It sits on the way to Sonmarg, so it's easy to include on that day.

The annual mela draws large gatherings; outside it, the temple is calm.
Offerings of kheer (rice pudding) give the temple its name.
