  • Gulmarg Gondola tickets are booked online in each traveller's own ID; we remind you when the window opens.

  • Pahalgam's valleys need a local union vehicle (≈₹2,500–₹3,500 per vehicle per day), paid locally. Baisaran is closed to visitors.

  • Cabs run with AC off on steep hill roads; snow chains carried in winter.

How are the five nights divided?

Two nights in Srinagar, one in Gulmarg and two in Pahalgam. In the day-wise plan the Srinagar nights are Days 1 and 2, Gulmarg is Day 3, Pahalgam is Days 4 and 5, and Day 6 is the drive back to Srinagar for your onward journey, with no overnight.

What changes compared with Kashmir Classic 4N/5D?

Kashmir Classic has Srinagar 2, Gulmarg 1 and Pahalgam 1 night. This plan keeps the Srinagar and Gulmarg nights and adds a second Pahalgam night, making five nights and six days. Read both day-wise itineraries to compare what is scheduled.

Do two Pahalgam nights mean two full sightseeing days?

No. Day 4 is the drive from Gulmarg with check-in and no other scheduled activity, Day 5 is scheduled for Aru, Betaab and Chandanwari (if access allows), and Day 6 is the drive back to Srinagar. The extra night gives more time in Pahalgam but does not add excursions or tickets by itself.

Is a houseboat stay included?

No. This package does not include a houseboat night. If you would like one, ask us: we explain whether it would replace a Srinagar night or needs a different itinerary, and your quote shows the change.

Are Gondola and other activity tickets included?

No. Gulmarg Gondola tickets, operated by J&K Cable Car Corporation (JKCCC), are not included and are booked online in each traveller’s own ID. Entry tickets, ponies and the local union vehicle for the Pahalgam valleys are also separate and paid locally. The 1-hour Dal Lake shikara ride is included.

Can the itinerary be adjusted around arrival time?

Share your flight or train times and we will review the first and last days. Day 1 begins when your driver meets you at Srinagar airport or railway station and Day 6 ends with your drop, so late arrivals or early departures reduce the time you can use. Any change is confirmed in your written quote.

How are the vehicle and rooms selected?

From your group details. Rooms follow the number of travellers, children’s ages and bed preferences, on a twin-sharing basis unless you ask otherwise. The vehicle follows seats and luggage together. Your quote states the proposed room category, occupancy, meal plan and vehicle.
