Videography for Your Kashmir Trip
If you would like part of your trip filmed, a videographer can be arranged for a short shoot at a time and place that suits your itinerary. What you receive, and when, is agreed in writing before the shoot.
Our rate card lists videography only. We have not confirmed photography as a separate service, so if you want photographs, ask and we will tell you what is possible rather than assume it.

What is covered

- Photography, unless the quote says so
- Drone footage: not offered unless a provider and the permissions that apply are confirmed in writing
- Access to private or restricted locations
- Any number of finished videos, photos, turnaround time or file format until the quote states them
- Raw files, unless the quote says they are included

Pricing
Videography is priced per shoot. The figures below come from our rate card, so treat them as indicative. Your quote confirms the price, the taxes and anything that changes it, such as location or travel.

Prices stay indicative until our rates are approved. Your quote states the final price, taxes, and the change and cancellation terms for your request. We do not state general refund terms on this page.

The shoot is arranged only when you have agreed the quote. Permission to use footage for our own promotion is a separate request and is never a condition of the service. We do not promise instant confirmation or a fixed response time.

Do you offer photography as well?
Our rate card lists videography. We have not confirmed photography as a separate service, so ask and we will tell you what can be arranged for your dates.
What will I receive?
That depends on the shoot and is written in your quote: the edited deliverables, file formats, delivery method and timeline, and how many revisions are included. We do not state a standard package here.
Can you fly a drone?
We do not offer drone footage as part of this service unless a provider and the applicable permissions are confirmed in writing for your location and dates.
Do I get the raw files?
Only if the quote says so.
Will my footage be used on your website?
Not without your separate, explicit permission. Agreeing to a shoot does not mean agreeing to promotional use.
Can you film at any location?
No. Some places restrict filming or access. We check the location before agreeing the shoot and do not promise access to private or restricted places.
