Choose Your Arrival Point
Where you arrive decides where the plan begins, so it can change the itinerary. Our plans fall into three groups.
Srinagar
Most plans begin in Srinagar. You can arrive at Srinagar airport (SXR) or by Vande Bharat at Srinagar railway station. Your first night, check-in and first outing are planned around the time you arrive; Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonmarg follow.

Jammu or Katra
A few plans begin in the Jammu region, for example with Vaishno Devi, before moving on to Srinagar. If you plan to arrive by rail at Jammu Tawi or Katra, these are the plans to compare. Each itinerary shows how the plan continues to Srinagar.

Leh
Ladakh plans can begin at Leh, or combine Kashmir and Ladakh with a Srinagar start. Altitude, road conditions and permits make the timing of these plans different, so each plan page explains its own season and arrival.

Questions About Planning from Your City
Are flights included in your Kashmir packages?
No, not unless your written quote lists them. Our plans are ground packages: stays, a private vehicle, sightseeing and the other items your quote names. Flights and train tickets are included only when the quote says so.
Do I book my own transport to Kashmir?
Usually yes. You book flights or trains yourself, or ask us whether we can include them in a specific quote. Wait for the final written itinerary before buying non-refundable tickets, so your arrival and departure times match the plan.
How is pickup arranged?
Pickup is from the plan’s starting point, such as Srinagar airport, Srinagar railway station, Katra or Leh, as set out in your quote. We do not pick up from your home city. Share your arrival time and we will confirm the meeting arrangements in writing.
How do I choose a package duration?
Count the nights in Kashmir, not the days of your whole journey. Arrival and departure days are usually part-days, and travelling from your home city happens before and after the plan. Our duration guide compares what each length of stay includes.
Can travellers arrive from different cities?
Yes. Tell us each traveller’s departure city and arrival time. If everyone reaches the starting point at different times, we can discuss separate pickups, which the quote will list.
Can the itinerary be customised?
Yes. Every plan is a starting point: nights, stays, sightseeing and arrival day can be adjusted, and the quote shows exactly what changed.
