- On a houseboat: a room on a shared boat or exclusive use of the whole boat
- Check-in and check-out terms for the property
Pricing
Room prices depend on dates, room category, occupancy and meal plan, and they are stated in your quote. Our records list no separate arrangement fee, and your quote shows every charge it contains.

Prices stay indicative until our rates are approved. Your quote states the final price, taxes, and the change and cancellation terms for your request. We do not state general refund terms on this page.
How the Arrangement Works

- You agree the quoteThe quote shows whether each stay is confirmed or still awaiting the property.
- You receive the confirmed property detailsThese come once the stay is confirmed, together with the check-in terms.
A stay is confirmed when your quote says so for that property and you have agreed the arrangement. A request alone does not reserve a room. We do not promise instant confirmation or a fixed response time.
Questions About This Service
When do I learn the hotel or houseboat name?
In your quote. We do not publish property names on this website.
What confirms my booking?
Your quote states the confirmation status of each stay. A room is confirmed only when it says so and you have agreed it. Sending a request does not reserve anything.
Can you promise a particular room or an upgrade?
No. We state the proposed room category in the quote and do not promise upgrades, views, early check-in or late check-out.
Does a houseboat room include the whole boat?
No. A room booking is for the room. Exclusive use of the whole boat is a different arrangement, and your quote says which one is proposed.
Can I ask for a ground-floor room or a quiet room?
Yes, as a request. We ask the property and tell you in the quote what it can confirm.
