The plan covers four overnight stays across five days. Day 1 and Day 5 start and end in Srinagar, so your flight or train times decide how much of them you can use. Travel to and from Kashmir is not part of the package.
You spend two nights in Srinagar, then two in Gulmarg. There is one change of stay in the middle of the trip and no other destination on the route.
The plan schedules sightseeing in Srinagar and a Gulmarg day built around the Gondola, a meadow walk and St Mary’s Church. Other snow activities are optional, depend on arrangements and conditions, and are quoted separately.
Snow, road access and activity operation change with the weather. This itinerary suits groups who are prepared to adjust a day if conditions require it.
This itinerary allocates two nights to Gulmarg. It is not automatically a ski-training package, and the available activities depend on the arrangements and operating conditions.
It is not described here as suitable for every age or access requirement. The record rates the Gondola day as moderate and the other days as easy. Tell us the ages and any mobility or access needs in your group and we will check them against the route before quoting.

Half of this plan’s nights are in Gulmarg. That gives you more overnight time there than a plan with a single Gulmarg night, but it is not the same as two full snow-activity days.
You can discuss sightseeing and optional experiences with us before you book. If you want more time on the snow than this plan gives you, tell us and we will review a different route or an extra night; any change is quoted before you confirm.
Each day shows where you start, what is planned, what your package covers, what is separate, the meals listed and where you sleep. Timings depend on your arrival, conditions and the choices you make.
Your final arrangements depend on arrival and departure times, availability and local conditions. Agreed changes will be included in your quotation.

The Mughal gardens (Nishat, Shalimar, Chashme Shahi) and the old city with Jamia Masjid, using your private cab.

The plan describes Phase 1 to Kongdoori and Phase 2 on clear days for fit adults. The Gondola is run by J&K Cable Car Corporation (JKCCC).
To book or confirm: Tickets are booked online in each traveller’s own ID on the official JKCCC site. We remind you when the booking window opens. Tickets, a particular phase or uninterrupted operation are not promised.
Conditions: Operation depends on weather and the operator. Check the official site for current booking and operating information.

Equipment varies by vehicle and is confirmed in your quotation. Illustrations on vehicle pages are model images.
Several thinner layers are easier to adjust than one heavy garment, because Srinagar, the drive and Gulmarg can feel very different within a day.
Choose a warm, weather-appropriate outer layer that suits the conditions you expect. Waterproof outerwear helps where there is wet snow.
Choose shoes or boots with a grip suited to the surfaces you expect, including cleared paths and compacted or wet snow. Footwear reduces, but does not remove, the risk of slipping.
Carry gloves and a hat or head covering, plus a spare pair if yours get wet.
Keep documents, medicines you take, chargers, a power bank and warm items in a bag you carry, not in the luggage compartment. Cold can shorten battery life.
Bulky winter clothing takes more room. Tell us the number and size of bags when you ask for a quote, because it can decide whether a larger vehicle is needed.
